HOW MANY OF EACH PIECE ARE AVAILABLE?

One of the most important things about erynk jewelry is that each piece is entirely one-of-a-kind. Once sold, the design is no longer available for purchase.



*NOTE: Products which have already been sold will display a box with the words 'OUTOFSTOCK' over their images. Due to the inability of this program's in-built system, it will still be possible to add the product to your shopping bag, so please be careful.



IF AN ITEM IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE, CAN IT BE REPRODUCED?

In some cases, materials are bought in multiples - if you like a particular charm or bead, you can request for it to be incorporated into another item.



Exact replicas of the design will not be possible. However, it may be possible to recreate designs which are similar in style and concept. Please contact me for more details.

I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE SOMETHING CUSTOM-MADE. IS THAT POSSIBLE?

Definitely! I have a substantial range of materials from which you could choose from, and I would be more than happy to source for materials should I not be carrying what is to your preference. However, I have to emphasize that this is not my full-time job, so I might not be able to take up all requests unconditionally. Please do get in touch with me, however, and we can discuss the possibilities in greater detail.

Currently, erynk​ only offers free delivery to Singapore addresses with a purchase of S$30 and above.

MAINTAINING MY JEWELRY

HOW CAN I KEEP MY JEWELRY FROM TARNISHING?
Firstly, please note that while I do try to use the best material possible, the metal used in my creations like most all costume jewelry are not 100% non-tarnish material.



However, you could preserve and slow down the tarnishing process of your jewelry by:

1. Keeping your purchase in the resealable plastic bags that I provide together with the pieces.

2. Keeping your purchase as far away from water as possible! (Dry your hands before handling it, do not bring it with you into the shower etc.)



THE WIRES IN MY JEWELRY HAVE BECOME OUT OF SHAPE!

Please do not deliberately tug or pull on anything because, although the wire used in hand-twisted pieces are strong and firm enough to stay in shape if not tempered with, they are still malleable and can be forced out of shape. erynk offers repair services for only reversible damages of such kind, so please be careful!

REPAIR SERVICES

 

DO YOU OFFER FREE REPAIRS & RESTORATIONS?

erynk only offers minor repair services for free throughout the lifespan of your jewelry. This will not include replacements of broken or tarnished pieces or chains. 



Restorations may be possible on a case-to-case basis and will require payment depending on the extent and nature of damage.



I WANT TO REPLACE THE CHAIN OF MY NECKLACE. COULD YOU HELP ME DO THAT?

Definitely! You can purchase a replacement chain from me at a small cost, depending on the type and length of chain. I cannot guarantee that the replacement chain will be exactly the same as the original as I buy my stock periodically in small amounts and stores sometimes stop carrying certain styles of chains. However, I promise to make the replacement with the closest or most suitable alternative!
